Many LISC AmeriCorps members are charged with not only finding volunteers, but managing them and making sure they are a good fit with the project they are supporting. 

This three-part webcast, recorded in 2010, was designed to help LISC AmeriCorps members understand the nature and value of volunteerism, provide helpful techniques in recruiting the right types of volunteers for specific projects and showcase ways of retaining volunteers for future projects.
